  My experience was pleasant. The service was fast. The only thing is I got a parking ticket from the police for parking at the bus stop outside take away.

  absolutely shocking!!
  so it started when i placed my order they sent the wrong meal. I didn't mind but was slightly annoyed as it was already a little past dinner time. I phoned to ask if they would send me the right thing and they seemed okay with that. 40 minutes later and still nothing, so I phoned back to ask if they were actually coming and was shown nothing but rudeness and aggression. the lady on the phone said it was my fault and that it didn't matter because she was new to the business. Bullshit! I ended the call after the lady began back chatting me.
  
  safe to say I will not be ordering from dragon palace again and advise others to do the same.
