  Service can be really slow when ordering a lot of food or when busy which it always is. You're better taking away because this place is way too crowded inside or going to the drive thru. I have personally never used the drive thru so I can't comment on the service there.

  I liked it, but I asked for a chocolate milkshake and they gave me strawberry, they didnt give me my 50p change and lots of other things

  Quick Service By The Staff Who Were Very Friendly & Helpful At All Times. The Food Was Great, Well Presented & Reasonably Priced. I Would Definitely Eat Here Again & Will Be Recommending This Particular McDonald's To All My Friend's & Family When They Come To Visit Me From Up North :-)

  It's a excellent place to go. Great staff and friendly people there too. The only thing is that's there no security there to stop the drunk and out of control teens that come in and coz bother with the cleaners . not just that it happens every time the Galaday on 3rd June in Bathgate. Were there always drugs /alcohol involved. But over all they are amazon in this fast food place . they should keep the doors opened up till 11pm and the drive through opened till 1am ...
